US surface: $ 6 first book / $2 each additional book (allow 2-6 weeks for delivery)
US air: $9 first book / $5 each additional book (allow 7 days for delivery)
International orders: $16.00 per book (allow 4-6 weeks for delivery)
Orders from Canada: add 5% GST
